LYON COUNTY – A reciprocal incident reported at 9:47 a.m. Wednesday on the 3200 block of Lyon County Road 9 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYON COUNTY – A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of fifth degrees possession of controlled substance charges on a Marshall man, 41, in an incident reported at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Playground equipment was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 8:37 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A gas driveoff valued at $130.72 was reported at 8:48 a.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Russell woman, 26, was cited for failure to yield, unsafe equipment, child restraint violation, open bottle and failure to provide proof of insurance in an incident reported at 1:22 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of College Drive and Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.
