GRANITE FALLS – The Granite Falls Kilowatts outlasted the Sacred Heart Saints Wednesday night. Tyler Damman had the lone RBI for Granite Falls, going 2-for-4 and scored a run.
Phil Johnson and Andrew Walters each had one hit while Johnson and Tyler Kanten each scored a run.
Andrew Brewers picked up the win on the mound, striking out eight and walking four in six and one third innings of work. Kanten worked in relief and struck out five while walking just one.
Jeremy Hinderks was saddled with the loss despite striking out seven and walking two. He allowed three hits (one earned) on four hits. Sacred Heart outhit the Kilowatts 7-4 in the loss.

The Milroy Irish picked up an 8-1 win over Adrian on Wednesday night.
Mason Schnaible went 3-for-3 with two doubles in the win, while picking up the win on the mound. Dakota Freiborg was 3-for-4 with a double and a home run.
The Irish play their next game Friday night against the Marshall A’s. First pitch from Irish Yard is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
