Crime/accidents for June 9
MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 36, was arrested for fourth degree DWI in an incident reported at 1:50 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of South 4th Street and Elizabeth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 31, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:23 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of South Williams Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A person was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related incident reported at 1:39 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of West Marshall Street and 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A bike was found in an incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was arrested for domestic assault in a domestic incident reported at 11:56 p.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
GRANITE FALLS – A Medina woman, 64, received non-life threatening injuries in a two-vehicle crash reported at 11:58 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 212, the Minnesota State Highway Patrol said. Linda Vaughn was traveling eastbound when her 2008 Dodge went across the center line and into the westbound lane, forcing a Montevideo man in a 2001 Chevy off the road and into the ditch, State Patrol said. No one else was injured in the crash, State Patrol said.
