MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and curfew violation charges on a Marshall boy, 14, in a burglary incident reported at 10:40 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Tyler man, 22, was arrested and cited for driving after suspension and reckless driving and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 9:02 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Deschepper Avenue and James Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 7:33 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Hartford, Wis., man, 48, was cited for public urination in a suspicious incident reported at 6:06 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of Clarice Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 22, was cited for failure to comply with impound order and arrested on a Nobles County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 5:40 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 1st Street and Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A gas drive off valued at $34.16 was reported at 12:16 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:16 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Industrial Way, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TAUNTON – A juvenile matter was reported in an incident described as all other at 1:07 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
