MARSHALL – A window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 4:27 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of Simmons Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:18 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of 3rd Street and Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – An intoxicated male was released to detox in an incident reported at 9:04 p.m. Thursday on the 1500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 45, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 8:53 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Mustang Trail and McLaughlin Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A letter was sent to the owner of a wallet reported found at 6:32 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Sunrise Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Woonsocket, S.D., girl, 16, was cited for speeding in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:32 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Damage to a door was reported at 3 p.m Thursday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle reported found at 2:59 p.m Thursday at Wayside Rest Park was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Bicycles reported found at 2:29 p.m Thursday on the 1100 block of East College Drive were gone when an officer came to get them, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A civil matter was reported at 2:10 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood man, 42, was arrested for domestic assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center; and a report was sent to the Cottonwood city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Cottonwood woman, 37, in an incident reported at 11:15 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Cottonwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Lynd woman, 27, was cited for driving after revocation, having no proof of insurance, seatbelt violation and child restraint violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:44 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Southview Drive and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A men’s bicycle reported found at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of North 5th Street and North High Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

LYND – A report is not yet complete on a suspicious incident reported at 2:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Minneota man, 33, in an incident reported at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Michigan Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Minneota woman, 32, turned herself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A lost machinery roller was reported at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An incident reported at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Balaton man, 19, was cited for seat belt violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
