MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 25, was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:07 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 63, was issued a parking citation in a parking complaint incident reported at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Lyon Street and North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall girl, 15, was entered into the computer system as a runaway in an incident reported at 10:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal bite incident was reported at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 38, was cited for no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday on Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON – An Arlington, South Dakota man, 55, was cited for speeding and no Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic related incident reported at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Some of the subjects involved in a public disturbance incident reported at 7:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street had left the scene before officers arrived, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A fraud incident reported at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A wallet was returned to its owner in a found property incident reported at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – Windows were broken in a damage to property incident reported at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Grant Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – A medication prescription paper was reported lost at 12:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 19, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2007 International driven by a Crystal man, 54, received light damage when it struck a guard rail in a property damage accident reported at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
